"Multitude of the Dead" was first reported in 2008 as a spin-off of 2004's "Sunrise of the Dead," with Universal Studios and Warner Bros. delivering and Matthijs van Heijningen Jr. coordinating. A prequel film and anime TV arrangement are additionally underway to extend "Multitude of the Dead" into an establishment. Matthias Schweighöfer is set to star in and direct the prequel movie.
